WeTrain Essentials

WeTrain Essentials, a bootcamp concept like this one is one of a kind. An integral bootcamp concept that guides you in the field of nutrition, training and lifestyle. In 6 weeks we take you into the world of training, nutrition and behaviour.  

"In search of a healthier and fitter lifestyle, we started the WeTrain program with four friends in 2017. Six weeks alert to nutrition and - I can say that after four years - gain a lot of lasting and sustainable knowledge. I still apply tips every day.  And train them three times a week. WeTrain Next Level, picks up where WeTrain Essentials stops. This program is designed for the advanced trainee who already has a certain foundation. We build step by step with more complex techniques, a higher intensity, but also more scope per training. All dimensions of the 5 ground motor movement properties are discussed. Speed, strength, agility, endurance and coordination.

WeTrain Forever

After the delivery of my second son, I wanted to lose weight in a responsible way and to make my body stronger to have more control over the neck hernia that I had surgery on a year before.

In the end - with the optimal guidance and attention of the WeTrain team - I succeeded! And most importantly: my resilience increased and my confidence in my body also increased. The internal motor was cranked up, muscles were stronger, my body suddenly seemed to understand how it used to work and I actually lost 8 kilos during the entire process.
