Terms and Conditions 



  1. When registering, the member must complete and submit the enclosed registration form. The member should keep this sheet for reference to the regulations.

  2. The membership is entered into for a minimum period of 12 months (contract duration). You can also opt for a monthly subscription that can be canceled. The first period must then cover at least one full calendar month.

  3. Membership is strictly personal and therefore non-transferable.

  4. Closed subscriptions can be adjusted in the interim during a subscription period.

  5. Payment of the tuition fee must be paid monthly in advance. In the event of a minor, his/her legal representative is jointly and severally liable with regard to this payment.

  6. A notice period of one calendar month applies to cancellation of the membership. Cancellation can be done in writing or by email to

  7. In case of early cancellation, the tuition will not be refunded or waived.

  8. The member is obliged in the interest of WETRAIN  and his/her own interest to report the state of health he/she is in, before and during the conclusion of this agreement.

  9. WETRAIN reserves the right to refuse a new member without giving any reason.

  10. WETRAIN can also terminate this agreement without giving any reason.

  11.   GDPR information: Data from the registration form is digitally processed in VirtuaGym's online membership administration system. 

  12. Each member has access to this data at all times by logging in to with his/her username and password.  In MailChimp (newsletter module) only name and email address are stored. To subscribe to this, this must be checked on the registration form. You can unsubscribe at any time by sending an email or clicking 'unsubscribe' at the bottom of the newsletter.


  1. In the event of a temporary interruption of the activities due to illness, absenteeism or vacation, the tuition fees must continue to be paid, since three weeks are not included in the contribution composition on an annual basis. Situations of force majeure that lead to the inability to follow several lessons will be assessed by the management of WETRAIN on the basis of a written request.

  2. WETRAIN uses rest weeks of max. 7 consecutive days a maximum of 3 times a year.

  3. Every member with a subscription has the right to make up for his/her missed lesson(s) within the current calendar year.

  4. WETRAIN reserves the right to change the timetable in the interim. The current class schedule can always be found on the WeTrain app and on the WeTrain website.


  1. The member sports at his own risk WETRAIN is not liable for any accidents, injuries or death.

  2. Nor can WETRAIN be held liable for loss and/or damage to sportswear and/or personal belongings.

  3. By signing the registration form, the member, and in the case of minors his/her legal representative, releases WETRAIN from any liability in this regard.


tuition fees

  1. Payment of the (monthly) tuition is only possible by direct debit. (payee ID SEP WETRAIN NL 70 ZZZ610725590000)

  2. Each time the tuition fee is paid late (or reversed), an administration fee of € 2.50 will be charged.

  3. WETRAIN does NOT charge registration fees. 

  4. Members receive a 10% discount when paying the subscription fee in one go for the entire contract period (only annual memberships).

  5. All costs associated with collecting overdue tuition fees, both judicial and extrajudicial, are for the account of the relevant member or legal representative.

  6. WETRAIN has the right to adjust the conditions and tuition fees in the interim. The members will be informed of this by means of the newsletter (email).

  7. Effective date of these regulations: October 1, 2020 (this supersedes all previous versions)
