How do we handle your personal data?
WeTrain is a sports company with the aim of learning how to train effectively and maintain a good balance. We offer sports and recovery, physical and mental training under one roof. A place where you can feel at home and be part of the WeTrain Community. By providing small group training, personal guidance, clinics, workshops and events. In order to be able to properly help our customers and provide our services, we collect contact details via the website. The contact details that we receive via the contact form on this site consist of your name, email address and, if you wish, your telephone number. In this privacy statement we will gladly and clearly tell you how we handle your data.

Target data.
•   Contact you after your request via the contact form
•   Sending our newsletter with your permission
•   Your data will be used anonymously by Google Analytics

Any information you leave behind will only be used with your permission. By filling in the contact form you agree that you will be contacted by email or telephone.

Recipients.
The data we receive from you is processed by:
•   mail chimp. Our newsletters are sent with Mailchimp. When you sign up for the newsletter, your email address is automatically saved in the Mailchimp mailing list. You can be removed from this list at any time.
•   Virtuagym. If you become a member with us, we register your membership with and through Virtuagym.

Storage period.
Your data will be stored for a longer period of time, but never longer than your membership with WeTrain or is necessary for the performance of other services that we provide to you. Except when it is necessary on the basis of a statutory regulation. You will then be informed about this.
•   Storage period concerns our newsletters. Your name and email address will be stored in Mailchimp indefinitely. You can cancel the newsletter at any time via the link at the bottom of the newsletter or by sending an email to rick@wetrain.nu . 
•   Storage period data via the contact form of the site. When you contact us via the site, your name, email address and any telephone number will not be stored by us for longer than 2 years.
•   Storage period concerns Google Analytics. The data used by Google Analytics is anonymous, so it is not linked to your name, email address or company data. This anonymous data is stored indefinitely by Google Analytics.
•   Data is used in any case for the period that accounting (invoicing) is applicable. You have the right at all times to see in which data we use about you in our accounting program.

Security.
No physical (photo) copies are made of your personal data. your data is only stored in the aforementioned systems and software. These systems are protected at all times with a password that is changed regularly.
All devices that access your data are protected by passwords. Only a limited number of devices are used for this. That is, from only the permanent staff of WeTrain.

Your rights.
•   Right of access. You have  the right to know at all times which data we use about you and how we store it. You can do this by sending an email to rick@wetrain.nu or by contacting us by phone.
•   Right to rectification. If your data is not correct (anymore), then you have the right at all times to have this adjusted via us.
•   Right to transfer. You have the right at all times to remove your data from us and to transfer it to another party. At your request and with your permission, we will transfer your data to the new party.
•   Right to erasure of data. You have the right to have your data removed at all times.
•   Right to lodge a complaint. You have the right to submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority if you believe that we do not handle this data correctly.
•   Right to stop data use. You have the right to have WeTrain stop using your data at any time.
•   Do you want yourself  invoke one of these rights? Please contact us at rick@wetrain.nu . We will respond within four weeks and respond to the request associated with your rights.

WeTrain processes your personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest, namely a commercial interest. This includes offering services via email and registering you in our customer tracking system that facilitates your membership. Your data will never be sold to third parties and we handle this with the utmost discretion.
We use your minimal data for this, for example to be able to send the newsletter or to contact you. If this information is not provided, we cannot offer or deliver the relevant service.
If it is nevertheless necessary to share your data with a third party for whatever reason, we will always ask for your permission before this data is passed on to the third party.

WeTrain reserves the right to disclose the data when required by law or when WeTrain deems it justified to comply with a legal request/process or to protect WeTrain's rights, property or safety. We always try to respect your right to privacy as much as possible.
